Terms and Conditions – 786xp Online Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 786xp ("the Platform"). Access to and use of the 786xp website, including all gaming, betting and account features, is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking Register, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of 786xp, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment you register or first use the platform, whichever comes earlier.

786xp reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes via the platform or by email.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

786xp is an adult entertainment platform. To register and use 786xp you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• Not be excluded from gaming platforms or acting under any self-exclusion period.
• Not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of 786xp.

786xp may request proof of age at any point. If a player cannot verify their age upon request, their account will be suspended and any balance held until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 will be voided.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on 786xp. Registration of duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, device, IP address or payment method used — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 786xp will close all but the first registered account and may void any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your real name, date of birth and a valid contact method. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 786xp support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 786xp account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any unfamiliar activity on your account.

04 Deposits

All deposits on 786xp are made in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 786xp balance instantly. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. 786xp is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

• You must only deposit funds from payment methods that you own and are authorised to use.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using borrowed money, is prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.
• 786xp does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposited funds are used for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

786xp reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.

05 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment method linked to your account.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet been verified, verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• 786xp aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements outstanding on your account.
• 786xp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

786xp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and special event promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 786xp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household or per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 786xp reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk bet patterns, hedging or any other strategy that 786xp considers to constitute bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on 786xp are governed by the specific rules of each product — Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo, Fish Games, Live Casino — as published within each section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

• A bet or game round is binding once confirmed by the player and accepted by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet/stake amounts are displayed in each game or betting market and may be changed by 786xp at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or betting event, 786xp will follow a documented procedure to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the round or bet may be voided and stakes returned.
• 786xp reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in the odds, market or game configuration is identified, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the Bet section of the platform.
• Bingo prizes are determined by the rules of each room as displayed before ticket purchase. Jackpot prizes are paid as described in the Bingo lobby.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 786xp account.

09 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786xp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, collusion or any other means.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the platform for any form of money laundering.
• Exploiting bonuses, free bets or promotions in a manner that 786xp determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 786xp staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the 786xp platform or its content.

786xp monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate and take action at any time. Investigations may result in temporary account restrictions while the review is ongoing. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will not be entitled to a refund of any deposits made.

10 Limitation of Liability

786xp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable, available and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

• 786xp is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• 786xp is not responsible for any delay or failure in platform performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider delays or force majeure events.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result or bet settlement, the records held by 786xp's system will be treated as the definitive record unless there is clear evidence of a system error.
• 786xp's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11 Privacy & Data

786xp collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and gameplay — including your name, contact information, payment details and gaming history — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with platform obligations and improve the service.

12 Changes to These Terms

786xp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
